1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They make the website work, remember your preferences or, if you accept them, measure how it is used and show relevant advertising. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as browser local storage and pixels.

This policy applies to www.2mgroup.es and complies with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guide on the use of cookies.

2. Who uses cookies

  • First-party cookies: managed by 2M GROUP EVENTOS S.L., owner of the website.

  • Third-party cookies: managed by Google and Meta, which process the data obtained under their own policies.

3. Cookies we use

Technical or necessary (always on)

They are essential for the website to work and do not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE):

  • 2m_consent — first party. Stores your cookie preferences so that we don't ask again. Duration: 180 days.

  • 2m_session / __Host-2m_session — first party. Keeps authorised users of the administration area signed in; never set for visitors. Duration: until sign-out or 30 days at most.

  • NEXT_LOCALE — first party. Remembers the chosen language (Spanish or English). Duration: session.

Analytics (only if you accept them)

They tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the website, which pages they view and where they come from, so that we can improve it. Tool: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited).

  • _ga — third party (Google). Distinguishes users pseudonymously. Duration: 2 years.

  • _ga_RP5PGZ9VJ6 — third party (Google). Keeps the session state in Google Analytics 4. Duration: 2 years.

We use Google Consent Mode: if you reject these cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Advertising or marketing (only if you accept them)

They let us measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns and show ads for our events to people who have visited the website. Tool: Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

  • _fbp — third party (Meta), set on our domain. Identifies the browser to measure and optimise ads. Duration: 90 days.

  • _fbc — third party (Meta). Stores the last Meta ad click identifier, if you arrive from one. Duration: 90 days.

  • fr — third party (Meta), set on the facebook.com domain. Used to deliver and measure ads. Duration: 90 days.

Embedded content

YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you press play. When playing them, YouTube (Google) may store information in your browser under its own policy. Venue maps are static images served from our own server and set no cookies.

4. How to accept, reject or change your choice

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject them or configure them by category. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and advertising cookies of our domain and stop loading those tools. We will ask you again after 180 days or if we change the cookies we use.

5. International transfers
