Neophyte

Neophyte is a Dutch hardcore (gabber) project formed in Rotterdam in 1992 around DJ Jeroen Streunding, together with Danny Greten and Robin van Roon. Their first releases came out on Rotterdam Records, DJ Paul Elstak's label, and they soon became one of the recognisable names of the Rotterdam sound. In 1999 Streunding founded Neophyte Records, a label conceived to give new hardcore producers an outlet, which over the years has become one of the most important in the genre. Neophyte is a regular presence at the major European hardcore festivals and has signed numerous anthems and collaborations across the scene.
