Haddaway is the stage name of Nestor Alexander Haddaway, a singer born in Trinidad and Tobago who built his music career in Germany. He rose to international fame in 1993 with “What Is Love”, a eurodance classic that reached number one in thirteen countries and remains one of the defining anthems of nineties parties. In the same period he scored further hits such as “Life”, “I Miss You” and “Rock My Heart”, all featured on his debut record, “The Album”. With a soul-rooted voice and an instantly recognisable stage presence, he keeps performing live at festivals and tours dedicated to nineties dance music across Europe.
